Property Verification

• Require detailed property information, including address with precise location, property type, dimensions, number of rooms, etc.
• After that the user can follow any of the following methods to verify the property

1. Photo Verification

• This can be done only on mobile app or / mobile responsive version as it requires to take photos from app and it also requires internet and gps while uploading the image

We may also need to include some tutorial on how to turn on GPS on the phone if they are unaware.

2. Video Verification

• This can be done when they don't have active internet system or the photo verification is not clear or proper.
• This can done on both web and mobile app
• This doesn't require internet or gps
• Otp written on a paper

For the last action of OTP, when they initiate the process, we should nudge them to carry a paper and a pen to the spot. This should be an in-app notification plus email and sms.

3. Someone else to verify (if not available in the same city )

• This can be done when they are not in the city
• They can share their number we will notify them the request if they already have the app if not we can send them a text message stating the request and ask them to download the app, login and do the verification process
• They can follow any one method

• Require high-quality photos of the property.
• Location access should be given, if not given they will not be able to do the photo verification
