Feedback Providers and Frequency
Feedback can be collected in three scenarios:
- Realtors on Other Realtors: Feedback between Seller and Buyer Realtors after a transaction.
- Realtors on vREfyd: Feedback on platform performance.
- End Clients on Realtors: Feedback from clients on Realtor service.
Feedback Questions
Scenario 1: Realtors on Other Realtors
- Rate professionalism, responsiveness, and likelihood of future collaboration.
- Provide improvement suggestions.
Scenario 2: Realtors on vREfyd
- Rate satisfaction with the platform (1-5).
- If rated 1-2, a prompt asks how we can improve.
Scenario 3: End Clients on Realtors
- Rate Realtor performance (1-5).
- Recommend to others (Yes/No).
- Optional testimonial for Realtor’s profile.
